Here's a small taste of the room that mommy built. It's the creative studio at AXIA where mommy and daddy work. They got new furniture and lots of colors on the ground as you can see. Mommy even got an orange wall in the mix (her favorite color is orange). It's a work in progress. They still have more furniture and art for the wall to buy so you'll have to come visit and check it out in 2007.
Simon and I (Molly) are gearing up for Christmas. We're excited for the birthday party that we're going to have for Jesus. I've decided that he wants a pink princess cake to celebrate. I'll blow out his candles for him and I get to open LOTS of presents.
Mommy and MorMor went to a Cookie Exchange on Sunday so we've been noshin' on cookies. Plus, that day was exciting because Mommy's van blew the battery and we were stuck at the gas station until mommy and MorMor came to "rescue" us. At least mommy has a new battery now.
I better get back to playing. Just had a minute to blog a bit this morning. Later! Love, Molly

What's up, dude? Here's a picture of me (Simon). Molly was chasing me around the house with the camera and I was cornered so I turned around and gave her an earful as you can see. The rest of the pictures that Mommy downloaded were of the back of my head. Mommy just kept giggling and I still don't understand why.
So, we had Turkey Day yesterday and were thankful that Gigi made us a fancy meal over at her house that was very yummy. I ate LOTS of potatoes. Molly ate LOTS of turkey.
I'm still a little annoyed with my mommy (as is Molly) when she left us for a weekend to go visit her friend Stacey. She says I'm just being stubborn because it was important that she go and visit Kansas City when Carol Osterberg died. Mommy was very sad but she brought back some toys and lots of stories about our friend Kailey. She said it was nice to get away for the weekend in spite of the sad occasion but I didn't see it as "nice" but I've got to learn to be a big boy pretty soon anyway and MorMor was here so she softened the blow :)
I've been watching all of Molly's Barbie and Princess movies with her this month. I'm getting pretty good at plies and twirls so I keep hearing Mommy say that I'm getting lots of boy/manly toys for Christmas.
That's the skinny for November. Here's to an enjoyable December [bottles clinking]!

Hey everybody! It's me Molly (pronounced mawyees) Mudd. I'm posting a picture of me in my princess hat. It rarely dips under 60 down here in Florida but I do have my "ski hat" ready for when it does. Me daddy and Si were putting a puzzle together as you can see.
Mommy and Daddy have been super busy with the business this month and last. They expanded the offices in Jacksonville and mommy remodeled it all. It's VERY colorful (I'll have to post some pics).
Mommy's good friend Stacey's mommy (Carol Osterberg) passed away this past Sunday. This weekend, daddy is going to play with us a LOT while mommy does a REAL fast trip up to see Stacey and my friend Kailey and hopefully gets to pay her respects at the funeral.
Otherwise, we're gearing up for Christmas. I've been nagging and nagging mommy and Kenna for a "tiny" tabletop Christmas tree to put in my room. I LOVE birthday parties so Christmas sounds like SOO much fun that I talk about the cake we're going to have ALL the time.
Sorry we're so intermittent with our posts but the Mudd family keeps a busy schedule!!!

Hey there. It's me Simon. I'm posting a pic of one of my favorite ladies. It's my buddy Kenna. We hang out every week day while mommy is in the office. I hear mommy calling her a nanny/sitter, whatever that means. She's my friend.
So, we've been stayin' busy, man. Hittin' the zoo and Chuck E Cheese last weekend. I don't know if I overdid it or if my teeth were wreaking havoc, but I was runnin' a killer fever on Saturday but it went away by the next day. Dude, that kinda hurt and ached all over. I'm not a fan of that whole "sick" stuff. That's the view from my world. Better get back to my green beans. Later, dude!

So here's a picture of me back in August. I was on my way to a friend's "carnival" birthday party in Jacksonville. MorMor put my hair in pigtails and I went with GiGi to Mackenzie's party. Check out my mommy's "favorite" dress. I added the sparkly gold necklace for flair.
We've been staying busy. We go to the zoo every Saturday (me, daddy and Si). Daddy went on a 2 day biz trip to St. Augustine, FL this week so we're excited for him to come back. In the meantime, I've been working on my "potty star chart" and I got enough stars to get a new baby doll with a matching Disney Princess doll crib. I'm on my way to getting the matching stroller. I've already got enough stars (had to get 30!) to get Fairy Dora (thank you MorMor!).
Simon has been learning a new word every few hours. He used to just shake his head up and down when he wanted to say Yes, but now he also says ''mhmm". Does that count? I've taught him well. The other day he decided "MINE!!!!" was his favorite word and I think it's mine too. Get it? MINE too! So funny!

Mommy finally downloaded her camera (from June!!) so I'll be posting picture(s) from my birthday soon!! The pic of today is Slimy and me playing with powdered sugar. I asked Mommy for some "Puppy Chow" (the chocolate/peanut butter chex mix stuff) and when she turned toward the refrigerator, Si dumped the entire box of powdered sugar all over the oven and floor. We immediately found the opportunity as very enticing and proceeded to play in it. Mommy was laughing (she decided to do that instead of cry) and found the camera. We LOVE to play with sticky messy things. Simon is good at instigating messes but I'm good at helping to exacerbate it all!
We're going to the zoo again tomorrow with Daddy while Mommy goes to some training and my favorite thing lately is hanging out with Gigi and Dae and spending the night at their house on Saturdays. Speaking of grandparents, my MorMor was looking at houses yesterday and might get a place for me to terrorize this winter!!! Woohoo!
Mommy and Daddy are still waiting to hear about a big client that they presented for last week. If they get the account, we have to hire more people (and it'll help pay for the "remodel" that we're doing at the JAX office on October 1st). Have a great day!

How do you like me now? This is a picture of me eating my Superman ice cream from the ice cream truck. I have a way with eating that you have to experience in person, dude. So like, we're so behind on this blogging stuff. We were actually well (not sick/ill) the past couple weeks so we've been enjoying our days and haven't gotten around to blogging. I've learned how to say yes (I shake my head up on down) and I now say "meh" for milk and "mumu" and "mauwmuaw" for mommy and mormor and "dehdeh" for daddy. I say "boon" for balloon and "bah" for ball. I've learned the sign (language) for milk. I dropped a can of green beans on my toe the other day but that hasn't slowed me down that much. I am getting steadier on my feet everyday and learned how to punch, bite and kick my sister. PAYBACK for all the torment she gave me when I was learning to walk. I beat her up daily and she sometimes even provokes it. I hope you all have had a great summer. Peace out, homeys! Si

I am planning to download my birthday pics and give you the lowdown on my big shindig. I can't believe I'm THREE years old. It was a great event so tune in soon to see the pics and hear about the event!
Trying to stay "cool" down here in Floriduh! Later! Molly Moo

Holy COW! Today was a HUGE day and tomorrow will be even bigger. It's me Molly Mudd and this is my last day of being the big fat 2. Tomorrow I turn 3 so look out world. Anyway, about today. I went swimming TWICE and the first time was with my friend Kenna (my mommy calls her a sitter/nanny - whatever that means). She and Simon were hanging out and cleaning up the backyard and porch for my big princess party tomorrow when all of a sudden, Simon pushed a chair over with him in it and hit the floor and busted his lip open. When Kenna went to help him, she stepped on a wasp and got stung. I was so stunned that I just kinda followed them inside in all the chaos. Once mommy got home (by the way, she was taking an hour off to go get her haircut (she's such a bum :)), everything had calmed down. THEN, when daddy came back from his movie, he brought home three live Maine Lobster and so check out the picture of me and daddy playing with the "crab monster". We had a great dinner (and MorMor did a good job "shucking" them too!) and then went swimming with daddy. I'm excited about tomorrow. Mommy and MorMor even ordered me a two tiered princess castle cake. Will have to post pics of the big day soon in case you can't/didn't come. Latuh!

Simon went to the doctor on May 31st and got his 12 month checkup as well as his MMR and chicken pox vaccination. 5% of children that are injected with this "live virus" vaccine actually contract one of the illnesses they are trying to 'avoid'. Leave it to Simon to be that 5%. He got the measles. He had a 103 degree fever for 3 days and then the obligatory rash after that. Then the whole family got a cold that I somehow brought home and we're all starting to free up the kleenex a bit.
I've been practicing really hard at the potty training stuff. I've poopied all by myself twice and I have 3 rows of stars (and a few toys (reward) to show for it!). I'm still not very good at remembering to go to the toilet when I'm watching TV because I get too engrossed with the story but I think I'll eventually get used to that.
I've been practicing on my computer lately and I'm a real pro at the "Puppy" game on Nick Jr.'s Dora section. I'd spend hours playing that if my mommy would let me.

Hi Everybody! I ripped the keyboard away from Simon since he was HOGGING it. I'm posting a picture of me with an Easter dress (I had about 4 or 5 this year). Today was a big day. MorMor went ahead and gave me my 3rd birthday (coming June 24th) present VERY early (at daddy's prompting). I got my new Princess Bike!!! I've been trying to ride my tricycle with daddy when he runs but it's getting to be too "small" and Simon needs it to practice soon so NOW I have a big girl bike with training wheels! I LOVE IT! It's PURPLE! I'll post a pic soon!
I've also been getting better at the potty training stuff. MorMor bought me a new potty that sings and talks and flushes. I also got new puppy toilet paper so I was much more interested in the toilet this week. PLUS, I have a reward system now. I get a star everytime I make a "deposit". I have 7 stars already and mommy/daddy say I can go to a "big park" when I get 10 stars! There was even talk of going to Princess Park! (aka DisneyWorld).

So we've been swimming a bit more these days since it's like 90 degrees outside. I was a little unsure of the water at first (and daddy dunked me under the water right out of the chute) but I'm getting used to it and I like it now. Molly loves to float in her "floatie".
We're getting geared up and ready for Molly's birthday on June 24th. Big pool party and quite the royal affair with princesses and princes and various royalty (Ariel, Cinderella and Snow White). I'll have to post some pics of my birthday party (May 21). I got cake in my eye but otherwise had a great time. LOTS of toys!
I go for my 12 month checkup this afternoon and have to get my MMR shots (yuck!). Hopefully, my ear infection(s) are all gone and I don't have to take any more antibiotics. Luckily, Amoxicillin isn't as mean to my system (and inevitabley diaper/skin on the rear) like Omnicef and Augmentin. I guess we're at TMI now. Later dude!

It's definitely summer, man! It's me Simon. It's hot down here in Florida. Me and the fam have been hanging out at our pool and soakin' up some rays, dude. My MorMor and mom have been busy with a little garden and some yardwork (Mommy cleaned out the gutters yesterday). Daddy has been trying desperately to get his computer fixed but he did take us to the park and swimming on Saturday. I like holidays since my MorMor and Daddy don't have to work!!!
I guess my mom has been trying to work on the company's new software system. I've been trying my best to play with my toys but it's SO much more fun to play with her with my toys so I guess she hasn't gotten much done lately. Luckily, Kenna comes to our house almost everyday to let my Mommy work a few hours. I guess we'll have to post a picture of Kenna soon so everyone out there can see who she is.
I've been practicing new sounds. I usually just hum and say "buh" a lot but I added a "sss" noise to the end of all my words this week. Funny, I can type using a very large vocabulary but I'm still mastering the basics of how to use my mouth for language. Ha!
I've been saying "Muhmuhmuh" for mommy and "dehdehdehdeh" for daddy. And my favorite thing to say is buhduh buhdu buhdu. I'm a HUGE fan of anything green. I LOVE peas and green beans and will even eat broccoli and brussel sprouts if I'm hungry enough. Just because they're green!
As for Molly, she's still trying to understand the point of that thing they call the toilet/potty. Mommy has a new racket going on (a bribe in my book). If Molly uses the toilet 10 times and gets 10 stars, she gets to go to a "BIG" park (one must use their hands out real wide when saying that). Daddy is even trying to talk Mommy into "Disney" as being the "big park" but she was thinking more like Adventure Landing but we'll see. We'll worry about that when it gets here since she's only had one star in 3 days. I would normally call her lame, but I'm not certain yet how I'm going to take to toilet training so I'll reserve my comments for another year :)

Well - it appears that the Mudd residence has successfully passed around a stomach flu/bug to everyone except Daddy. I'll be shocked if he makes it without puking but relieved! I woke up at 10pm last night to a bed full of puke and was NOT very happy to say the least. My tummy rocked the life out of me for a few hours but I was able to sleep a bit more peacefully around 3am and woke up this morning feeling ready to play. Mommy stayed with me and had towels to catch all of my mess(es) all night. Thank you mommy! MorMor and daddy helped clean up my initial chaotic offering too. Thank you! Now to figure out how to help mommy get a nap today.
I'm off to play with Kenna and see what mischief I can find!

Me and the fam went to Kansas City a couple weeks ago and I got to meet my friend Kailey. It was lots of fun. We went to the park. Plus, I got to hang out with my uncle JD at his new pad in Liberty/Gladstone. It's a pretty cool house. Also, I got a picture with all 4 generations of Simpsons (my mommy, grampa and great grampa and ME! (and Simon)).
This week we've been trying to recover from the stomach flu. Mommy and MorMor had it last Thursday and Simon had it last night. I'm hoping that daddy and I are able to get by unscathed (and not have to puke). I know Mommy felt horrible the day her number came up. The good thing is that we should be almost done with it all!!!!

It's me Molly! I've been thinking about posting my thoughts and news here instead of using my typical Molly Memo. Give me some practice on this and I'll let you know how it's panning out because a new Memo is due out soon. Plus, I heard from the grapevine that Simon wanted some more room to gab too. I hope you enjoy!
